Our Track Record
YNN Events has been decorating in Hyderabad since 2011 — 15 years in the industry. In that time we have completed 15,000+ events, from single-room birthday setups in apartments to full mandap builds in convention centres. That work has earned us multiple industry awards for event decoration.
Fifteen years in one city means we have already worked in most of the venues you are likely to book — the apartment clubhouses, the function halls, the hotel banquet rooms and the convention centres. We know which lifts take a seven-foot frame, which societies allow a 4am entry, and which halls have one usable power point. That is the difference between a setup that is ready on time and one that is still going up when your guests arrive.

What We Actually Do
Decoration, and only decoration. We build backdrops, stages, floral work, balloon setups and lighting, and we clear it all away afterwards. We do not do catering, photography, DJ or venue booking — which means you are never paying our markup on somebody else’s service.
Most of our work happens in ordinary Hyderabad spaces rather than showrooms: apartment living rooms, clubhouse party halls, terraces, function halls and hotel banquet rooms. Those places come with constraints — a lift that won’t fit a backdrop frame, a ceiling fan exactly where the balloon arch should go, a society that won’t let a team in before 6am. Planning around those is most of the job.
The rest is timing. A haldi is at dawn, a gruhapravesham muhurtham is often at 4am, a mandap has to be finished before the family arrives, and a room surprise has to be built and cleared inside the window while somebody is out at dinner. We schedule backwards from your time, not forwards from ours.

We quote before we come
You get a fixed price on WhatsApp from your photos and room measurements. Not an estimate that moves once the balloons are up and you have no realistic way to say no.
Takedown is never extra
Clearing is inside the price on every package. For home setups that usually means the same night; for halls we work to the venue's vacate time.
We tell you what won't work
Most reference photos are shot in convention centres. If your living room wall or your hall's ceiling height won't take it, we say so before you pay rather than after.
One person owns your booking
Whoever quotes you is on site for the setup. You are not handed to a subcontractor you have never spoken to on the morning of the function.
We work around your other vendors
Caterer, AV team, photographer, priest. Give us their contacts and we coordinate layout directly, so nothing gets built where the buffet or the homam is going.
We plan for real Hyderabad venues
Lifts that won't take a seven-foot frame, one working power point behind the sofa, society rules on 3am entry. We ask about these before the day, not on your doorstep.
