Who we are

This website is operated by YNN Events, an event decoration service working across Hyderabad and Secunderabad. By using this site you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this website is

This site is here to show you the kinds of decoration we do, where we work, and roughly what things cost, so you can decide whether to contact us. It is an advertisement, not a shop.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Sending us a message does not create a booking, and a booking exists only once we have both agreed the details and confirmed it to you directly.

Prices shown on this site

Any “from” price on this site is a starting point for the simplest version of that setup. What you actually pay depends on the size of the space, the material and flowers you choose, how far the venue is, what time we have to set up, and how much access we get.

Prices on the site can change without notice. The only price that counts is the one we quote you in writing for your specific event.

Quotes and bookings

When you contact us we give you a written quote for your event. That quote — including what is included, what it costs, the date, the venue, and the payment and cancellation terms that apply — is what governs your booking.

If anything on this website ever conflicts with your written quote, the written quote wins.

Photographs of our work

We may photograph or film a setup we have built, and use those images on this website and on our social media. If you would prefer we did not photograph your event, or you want an image of your event taken down, tell us and we will respect that — before the event if possible, and at any time afterwards.

Things outside our control

Some things can stop a setup going ahead as planned — a venue refusing access, weather at an outdoor event, a road closure, a power failure, a public restriction. Where something genuinely outside our control affects your event, we will tell you as soon as we know and work with you on the best alternative.

This site links out to our profiles on Google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and WhatsApp. Those are run by those companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for what happens on them.

The text, layout and design of this website belong to us. Please see our copyright page for what you may and may not do with it, and for how to raise a concern about an image.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to them falls to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
