Privacy Policy

The short version

This website does not ask you for anything. It has no contact form, no login, no newsletter box and no shopping cart. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

We only hold personal details when you send them to us — normally over WhatsApp or a phone call — to get a quote for a decoration booking.

What we collect, and only when you contact us

When you message or call us about an event, you usually give us:

• Your name and phone number (or WhatsApp number)
• The occasion, the date and the time of your event
• The venue address, so we know where to bring the setup and how much access we have
• Sometimes photos or videos of the room or hall you want decorated, which you send us so we can quote accurately

We use these only to give you a quote, to plan and carry out the decoration, and to contact you about that booking. We do not sell them, rent them, or pass them to anyone outside the people working on your event.

Messaging apps and phone calls

The “Book Now” and “Message on WhatsApp” buttons open WhatsApp. Anything you send there is handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy policy, not ours — we simply receive the message. The same applies to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest if you contact us there instead.

The map in our footer

Every page has a small Google map at the bottom showing where we are based. That map is loaded from Google, so when it appears Google may receive your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy. We deliberately load it only when you scroll near the bottom of a page, so on a visit where you never reach the footer it is never requested at all.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, their servers keep short-term technical logs — IP address, browser type, which page was requested — which exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use those logs to build any profile of you.

How long we keep things

We keep enquiry messages and booking details for as long as we need them for the event and for our own records afterwards. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a completed transaction.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what details of yours we hold
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your details from our records
• Stop contacting you

Just message or call the number below and say so. There is no form to fill in.

Children

We decorate a lot of children’s birthday parties, but this website is aimed at the adults booking them. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything to the site that collects information — an enquiry form or analytics, for example — we will update this page before or at the same time, and change the “last reviewed” date at the top.
