How much does mandap decoration cost in Hyderabad?
Mandap decoration in Hyderabad starts from ₹34,999 with artificial florals and runs ₹59,999 to ₹99,999 for a fresh-flower traditional mandap. Premium floral builds go above ₹2,50,000. Fresh versus artificial flowers is the single biggest factor in the final price.
How far in advance should I book a mandap decorator?
Book three to six weeks ahead for a normal date, and two to three months for peak Telugu muhurtham dates or the November to February wedding season. Popular dates get taken early because our team can only do one wedding per day.
What is the difference between fresh and artificial flower mandaps?
Fresh flowers look and smell better in person and photograph richer, but cost roughly double and must be strung the same morning. Artificial florals cost less, can be built a day earlier, and hold up better in outdoor heat. Many families use fresh on the mandap and artificial on the entrance.
When do you set up the mandap?
Usually overnight. Most function halls only free up after the previous day's event clears, so we build between roughly midnight and 6am so the hall is finished before your family arrives for the muhurtham.
Do you handle the reception stage as well as the mandap?
Yes, and it is cheaper booked together. The morning mandap and the evening reception stage are usually different palettes, but sharing one team, one transport run and one flower order across both brings the per-element cost down.
Can you decorate for all the wedding functions?
Yes — haldi, mehndi, pellikuthuru, muhurtham and reception as one booking. This is our most common wedding enquiry and it costs less per function than booking each separately, because the team and sourcing are shared across the days.
Do you work with our caterer and photographer?
Yes. Give us their contacts and we coordinate directly on layout and timing, so nothing is built where the buffet or the homam is going and the photographer gets clear sightlines. You should not be relaying messages on your wedding morning.
Can you match a mandap from a reference photo?
Send it on WhatsApp. We will tell you honestly what it costs in your specific hall and whether the ceiling height allows it — many mandaps in reference photos are built in convention centres and simply will not fit a standard function hall.
Do you provide the priest and pooja items?
No. We handle decoration only — the mandap structure, florals, seating and deity platform. Pooja items, homam materials and the priest are arranged by your family, and we build the mandap so there is proper room to move around the homam.
What happens if flowers wilt during a long function?
We source the morning of the function and use hardier varieties in the areas that sit under direct lighting. For all-day weddings we can keep a team member on site for touch-ups — ask for it when quoting and we will include it.
Do you clear the decoration after the wedding?
Yes, and it is in the price. We clear to the venue's vacate time, which for most function halls means the same night or early the next morning. You will not be charged extra for clearing.
Which areas of Hyderabad do you cover for wedding decoration?
Madhapur, Gachibowli, Kondapur, Hitec City, Kukatpally, Miyapur, Bachupally, Nizampet, Ameerpet, Begumpet, Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills, plus Secunderabad and most convention centres around the ORR.
